    • This consultation will conclude with a written document complete with the assessment of current operational procedures along with suggestions for improvements by the staff. It will also include vendor suggestions and further consulting services proposal if needed. The cost for the assessment is $4,500.00 plus travel expenses.

    Lighthouse Consulting has consulted with many law firms, collection agencies and debt buyers over the years. Our focus is on operational effectiveness resulting in increased profits.

    We have been able to reduce costs while increasing liquidity in law firms, agencies and debt buyer strategies. Often these are long term agreements lasting 6-12 months with multiple initiatives to increase efficiency while generating continued increasing revenues.

    This Consulting is meant to show increases in revenues proportionally to the cost of the improvements.  Cost of services can be revenue driven by sharing increases in revenue over time which provides a success guarantee.

    Mentor Program

    The Lighthouse Mentor program is designed to guide the new investor through the reef infested waters and to shore safely. There are many hurdles in entering this business and Lighthouse Consulting has developed the relationships and strategies that will allow the new investor to gain entry to this guarded industry.

    The program will help a new debt buyer of agency owner partner with the right vendors and clients, as well as set up strategies that are scalable and profitable. Assistance in vendor selection and pricing negotiation as well as licensing, portfolio evaluation and acquisition are included in the service. Mr. Duff will be available to answer questions as you build your business and he will make sure you get the right introductions at the next upcoming conference. Mr. Duff will allow you access to his 30 years of knowledge and contacts during the program period. Most programs are designed to last 9-12 months and will provide the business a vast amount of intellectual capital in that period. The purpose of the program is two fold. The first to make sure the business is operating safely, compliantly and the second is dealing with quality partners and secondly to teach the business to be self sufficient quickly.

    With the legislative climate Lighthouse Consulting has determined the need for a Compliance Division. The program consists of two elements the first is a compliance audit performed by Phillip Duff the founder of Lighthouse Consulting and Ron S. The review will comprise all elements of the agency or law firm such as talk offs, messages, review of all letters and written documents, policies and procedures and compliancy training for all levels of the business. The program will help you make sure your clients do not create a compliancy issue for you. Your collection system and strategies will be evaluated as well.

    Debt Sales

    Lighthouse Consulting sells portfolios of bad debt and specializes in regional packages from resellers. We sell many packages to small debt buyers and many of them are lawyers who buy debt as an investment and place it with their firms for collections.
